King Kebab – Multi-Branch Operations Management System

Developed a full-stack web application to manage daily operations across 8 restaurant branches in Seoul, South Korea.

The system allows branch workers to submit daily kitchen supply requests through the platform. Submitted orders are reviewed and processed by an editor/manager responsible for preparing and delivering supplies to each branch.

The application includes:

Branch-based daily supply request management

Order tracking and approval workflow

Role-based system (Branch Worker, Editor, Admin)

Centralized admin dashboard with real-time statistics

Branch performance analytics (orders, spending, efficiency)

Monthly and yearly reporting with downloadable reports
