Developed a full-stack time tracking system that enables employees to log their daily working hours and allows management to monitor workforce performance efficiently.

Workers can record their attendance and working hours through the application using a simple and accessible interface. The system securely stores and tracks daily check-in and check-out data for each employee.

A key feature of the platform is its analytical engine, which analyzes the last three months of each worker’s time records and generates smart schedule recommendations based on their attendance patterns and consistency. This helps optimize work schedules and improve overall productivity.

The system includes two main panels:

Worker Panel:
Employees can log their daily time entries, review their attendance history, and receive personalized schedule suggestions based on their performance data.

Admin Panel:
Managers can monitor all employees’ working hours, analyze performance trends, and download monthly time reports for payroll and operational management.

The system was designed to improve transparency, workforce efficiency, and data-driven decision-making in employee management.
